Capoeira: This no-contact Brazilian martial arts form is one of the fastest growing fitness classes in America, with avid following amongst male and female students alike. Major toning benefits, especially in the legs and gluteus, as well as weight loss. View Schedule
Exotic Dance: Get fit, get sexy and gain a new perspective on your body! This class teaches Exotic Dance movements and technique, while giving you a full body workout, with special focus on the legs and gluteus. View Schedule
Exotic Dance-Chair Movements (Hot Seat): Hot Seat is a sexy, sensual yet challenging dance class. Students will learn moves and poses on the chair, around the chair and off the chair. Hip Hop Cardio (Workout): This class is an intense cardiovascular workout, focusing on continuous motion while following basic hip hop movements.
