All B2D classes and Team Rehearsals will run as scheduled on the day(s) of all the conventions listed on this page.
If you’re attending one of these conventions, with proof of registration, your absence will NOT count against the absence tally for your youth or adult recital class, your team’s required foundation class, or your team rehearsal. Remember, students in recital classes or teams are allowed 1 excused absence per session, and 2 excused absences for foundation classes. HOWEVER, you’re still responsible for learning the choreo and showing up to the next class/rehearsal knowing it in full, as per the Recital and Team Handbook’s guidelines for absences.

PERFORMANCE SHOWCASE:
-The Performance Showcase is an opportunity for dancers to perform their pieces in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Each performance will be critiqued by the ASH faculty, however, no scores will be given.
-The showcase allows for Solo, duet/trio, or Group (4+) registration. Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.

Dancers will take part in an industry style audition process in the workshop level they are registered. -All Mini, Junior, Teen and Senior dancers (ages 8-19) that are registered for the full workshop will participate in the RADIX Core Performer Scholarship Audition Class.
-RADIX Core Performer Winners : During the audition, the dancers will be broken up into groups and the RADIX faculty will evaluate. Students will be chosen by the faculty in each age group.
-RADIX Core Performer Runners-Up :During the audition, the dancers will be broken up into groups and the RADIX faculty will evaluate. Students will be chosen by the faculty in each age group.
-CUTTING EDGE CLASS SCHOLARSHIPS :Faculty members will be awarding scholarships in each of their individual classes to dancers who excel at that particular style. Class Scholarships can be awarded to any dancer, ages 8-19, in any workshop level. (One-day students are not eligible for this scholarship.)
-CHOICE ARTIST :In every regional city, each faculty member will select one dancer who stands out above the rest. This dancer may be someone who excels in class or someone who shows a lot of potential.
