Acro, short for acrobatics, teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration.
This level II class will expand on the fundamentals of acrobatic technique covered in level I. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength.
Form-fitting, flexible dance clothes, bare feet, and hair secured away from face.
Minimum of one year of Acro II class experience or two years of gymnastics
