Learn exercises to target the muscles that support precise isolations while building strength and stamina. Apply your new drill skills in a short combo at the end of class.
All levels welcome. Please bring a towel and water – you WILL sweat!
Prerequisites: No prior dance experience necessary, but current or recent technique class experience is helpful.
