Competition Team Auditions – 2021/2022 Season

Director’s Notes

Welcome to the B2D Team Audition info page for the 2021/22 season!

Without a doubt, this past season was one of the most unusual seasons in our program’s history. But we made the best out of it while observing the most strict safety protocols both at the studio and at the regional events we attended.

As we enter a new season, the world seems to be turning a corner in its fight against the Pandemic. We still continue to observe all safety protocols, including requiring masks in class, and will continuously update our policies as more guidance becomes available.

Despite all these adjustments, one thing has NOT changed: You will always receive the best training and support from the studio and its coaches, production staff, and the entire parent community!

Best of luck with this season’s auditions and we look forward to another fulfilling year with all of you!

B2D Competition Team Program

A studio-wide mission of cultivating talent and personal growth drives the Competition Team Program at Born 2 Dance. While our teams’ focus is on competition, our mantra encompasses a broader range of objectives, including building a strong dance foundation, embracing the spirit of collaborative team work, and exercising the highest sportsmanship at all times. As we always say, “growth is our favorite trophy!”

Currently, B2D is proud to be home to over a dozen competition teams in Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, and Tap, ranging in level from beginner to advanced.

This upcoming year is season 6 for our competition team program, and the 14th year for our studio!

Listed below are the details about each of the B2D competition teams for the upcoming 2021/2022 season. Age brackets are based on the dancer’s age as of January 1, 2022 to align with regional competition guidelines.
